According to court documents obtained, Wade, who allegedly shares a romantic involvement with District Attorney Fani Willis, is accused of utilizing funds from his position to finance extravagant cruises and vacations for the two.
The motion, filed by a co-defendant of Trump, asserts that Wade did not inform his wife about over $700,000 in earnings linked to his role in the county.
