Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has urged the Swiss Guards to arrest Pope Francis and Cardinal Victor Manuel “Tucho” Fernandez following the revelation of a sexually explicit work authored by Fernandez.

In a statement posted on X on Sunday, January 14, 2024, Viganò strongly condemned the scandalous book, calling on the guards to fulfill their oath to defend the See of Peter.

The Vatican whistleblower’s declaration followed reports about Cardinal Fernandez, believed to be the author of the controversial Fiducia Supplicans and parts of Amoris Laetitia, having published a sexually explicit work titled “The Mystical Passion: Spirituality and Sensuality” in 1998. This work drew comparisons between mystical experiences and male and female sexual responses.

In his detailed statement, Archbishop Viganò highlighted a century-long revolutionary process within the Catholic Church, pointing to the subversive actions of neomodernists during the Council and their influence in the post-conciliar period.

Viganò stressed the need for collective action to counter the infiltration of the Catholic Church, drawing parallels with recent events in civil governments. He expressed concern over the direction the Church has taken, citing controversial decisions like the worship of Pachamama, the Abu Dhabi Declaration, and the discussion of deaconesses as examples of compromises and tolerances.

Calling for a radical return to God and the purification of both civil society and the ecclesial body, Viganò aims to restore the Papacy’s role as a beacon of truth.

This strong stance against what Viganò perceives as the deep church’s influence reflects his consistent opposition to Pope Francis and the broader agenda. He had previously criticized Pope Francis for dismissing Bishop Joseph Strickland after the bishop protested against the honoring of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, characterizing it as “cowardly authoritarianism.”

In February 2023, Viganò conveyed a message to various media outlets, including The Gateway Pundit, highlighting the perceived destruction of the Catholic Religion in society by the secular state and the promotion of environmentalism, which he linked to Luciferian paganism of the New World Order (NWO).

Continuing to be a vocal critic of what he sees as the erosion of traditional values within the Catholic Church, Archbishop Viganò calls for decisive action to restore its integrity and purpose. The revelation of Cardinal Fernandez’s explicit work has further fueled Viganò’s resolve to confront what he considers heretical influences within the Church. His consistent stand reflects a broader critique of the Church’s compromises, emphasizing the need for collective action to counteract what he perceives as the deep church’s influence and restore the Papacy’s role as a beacon of truth in the face of secular challenges.
