Filming the intro was no easy task. Kudrow described the experience as a challenging one, recalling that the scenes were shot late at night in freezing cold water. “Shooting those titles in the fountain was a nightmare,” Kudrow confessed. The process involved numerous takes, with the actors enduring the discomfort of the cold water while trying to look cheerful.
According to Kudrow, the situation became particularly humorous thanks to Perry. As the crew continued to call for take after take, Perry’s sarcastic remarks provided comic relief. Kudrow recalled Perry joking about his constant state of being wet, saying, “Can’t remember a time I wasn’t in a fountain.” His quips, delivered in his characteristic sarcastic tone, had the entire cast in stitches.
