Actor Justin Theroux, 53, has officially proposed to “Gilded Age” star Nicole Brydon Bloom, 30, after a year of dating. The couple’s engagement was confirmed by People on Thursday, with the exciting news breaking while they attended the 2024 Venice Film Festival in Italy.
Bloom was seen flaunting her dazzling engagement ring during the “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” premiere on Wednesday. Their romance first sparked rumors in February 2023 when they were spotted together at the New York City social club, Zero Bond. By August, the couple was seen getting cozy at a restaurant in New York City, solidifying their relationship status.
Before his relationship with Bloom, Theroux was married to “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston from 2015 until their divorce in 2018. While the former couple has remained mostly private about their split, Theroux did share in a May 2023 interview with Esquire that he prefers to keep his relationships out of the public eye. He expressed a desire to maintain privacy, saying, “There’s something to, once you’re out of that, where I want all of my relationships to exist within the four walls of whatever room we’re in.”
