Two former BBC radio DJs are making headlines as they prepare to join the upcoming season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. Richard Coles, known for his outspoken views on the BBC, and Dean McCullough are both expected to enter the Australian jungle.
Richard Coles: The Outspoken DJ
Richard Coles, who spent 12 years as a presenter on BBC Radio 4’s Saturday Live, recently stirred controversy with his blunt remarks about the broadcaster. After leaving the BBC, he expressed his frustrations, claiming the organization didn’t know its “a**e from its elbow.” His comments came after a difficult exit, where he felt “rather hurtled towards the exit,” as his departure was communicated in an email just five days prior.

Coles is no stranger to reality television. He gained popularity in 2017 as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, where he charmed audiences with his dance moves. Now, producers are eager to see him share his rich life experiences, which span from his days as a pop star in the 1980s to his current role as a Reverend.
Dean McCullough: The Rising Star
Joining Coles in the jungle will be Dean McCullough, who is 30 years younger than Coles. Known for his vibrant personality, McCullough is expected to bring a fresh and outspoken perspective to the show. A source from The Sun highlighted that both stars will make for “compulsive viewing,” adding excitement to the lineup.

High-Profile Contestants
The upcoming season has already secured high-profile contestants, including Coleen Rooney, whose reported fee exceeds Nigel Farage’s £1.5 million payday. Other participants include Dancing On Ice judge Oti Mabuse, Tommy Fury, and Coronation Street star Alan Halsall.
A spokesperson for the ITV show stated, “We don’t comment on speculation,” fueling fans’ anticipation for the new season.
