ALBANY, GA – A 21-year-old man, Eugene Barber, has been charged with murder following the tragic shooting of 33-year-old Chelsea Milledge inside a residence on Wednesday, January 22. This incident has sent shockwaves through the Albany community, leaving many grappling with the events that unfolded.
Officers from the Albany Police Department swiftly responded to reports of gunfire in the 900 block of Holloway Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Milledge, who had sustained critical gunshot wounds.
