Adam Levine has wrapped up an exciting summer tour with Maroon 5 and is gearing up for his much-anticipated return to “The Voice.” The band delighted fans on the East Coast with select dates in late June and early July and headlined festivals in Milwaukee and Ottawa. Next on their agenda is a series of shows for their Las Vegas residency.
East Coast Tour and Festival Highlights
Maroon 5’s recent performances included stops in Michigan, Indiana, Toronto, North Carolina, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York. The band, known for hits like “This Love,” “Moves Like Jagger,” and “Sugar,” received an enthusiastic response from fans.

Vegas Residency Continues
The band’s Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, which started in March 2023, is set to resume on September 27, 2024. This residency has proven to be a surprising delight for Levine, who initially had reservations. “I had no idea what to expect. Obviously, I went into it with an open mind and a good attitude, but I was actually shocked at how much I enjoyed it,” Levine shared.
Return to “The Voice”
In addition to preparing for the upcoming Vegas shows, Levine is excited about returning to “The Voice.” Filming for season 27 begins this summer, and Levine will join fellow coaches John Legend, Michael Bublé, and newcomer Kelsea Ballerini. Levine’s return marks his first time on the show since season 16.
A source close to Levine mentioned, “Adam is excited to be back on ‘The Voice’ set this summer and looking forward to the new season.”

Reflections on “The Voice”
Levine’s departure from “The Voice” in 2019 was a significant moment. Reflecting on his initial experience, he wrote on Instagram, “About 8 years ago, Mark Burnett convinced us to sign up for this show where you sit in a big red chair with your back turned away from the singers on the stage. We had no idea what we were doing or where it was going. After the first day of shooting, I sat there, stunned. I said to myself ‘there’s some magic here. Something is definitely happening.’ It went on to be a life-shaping experience that will be close to my heart forever.”
Levine also expressed his deep friendship with fellow coach Blake Shelton, saying, “Our friendship is and always will be one for the books. Whatever this whole surreal experience was, I’m just happy I got to experience it with you. You’re my brother for life.”
New Music on the Horizon
Fans have more to look forward to as Maroon 5 is working on new music, with details expected to be announced soon. The band’s continued success and Levine’s return to “The Voice” promise an exciting year ahead.
