Legal analyst Joyce Vance has expressed serious reservations regarding the conduct of Judge Aileen Cannon in the ongoing criminal proceedings involving former President Donald Trump and confidential documents.
Vance has suggested that Judge Cannon’s actions may necessitate her recusal from the case, as they appear to favor Trump and have resulted in significant delays in the legal process, raising concerns about impartiality.
Citing a report by Raw Story on Thursday, February 8, Vance, a former federal prosecutor, pointed to what she sees as a troubling pattern of rulings by Judge Cannon, which she believes deviate from established legal norms and have led to unjustified delays in the case.
