According to court documents obtained by People, Doherty waived spousal support and opted for a “default or uncontested dissolution” of their marriage on the day of her passing. Iswarienko, a celebrity photographer, finalized the paperwork the same day she passed away.
The documents stated, “The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.”
