Eminem has once again stirred up the music scene with his latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace). Fans are buzzing about what they believe is a scathing diss aimed at Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The legendary rapper took to social media just before the album’s release, urging fans to listen to the tracks in order for the full conceptual experience. Eminem’s message read, “Public service announcement: the ‘death of slim shady’ is a conceptual album, therefore, if you listen to songs out of order they might not make sense. Enjoy.”
The Diss Tracks
Particular attention has been drawn to tracks eight and nine, “Antichrist” and “Fuel.” In “Antichrist,” Eminem doesn’t hold back, calling out Diddy directly:
“Next idiot ask me is gettin’ his ass beat worse than Diddy did. But on the real, though (Why?)
She prolly ran out the room with his f**kin’ dildo (Come here)
He try to field goal punt her, she said to chill (No).”
Following the mention of “Diddy did,” there’s a notable silence, as if the audio cuts out, adding emphasis to the diss. This line seems to reference the infamous 2016 footage of Diddy assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, an incident for which Diddy later apologized.
Another Shot Fired
Eminem doesn’t stop there. The subsequent track, “Fuel,” appears to take another jab at Diddy with lyrics that seem to play on his name:
“I’m like a R-A-P-E-R (Yeah)
Got so many S-As (S-As), S-As (Huh)
Wait, he didn’t just spell the word, ‘Rapper’ and leave out a P, did he? (Yep)”
The play on “P, did he” sounds strikingly similar to “P Diddy,” making the animosity between the two artists evident.

Eminem’s fans have been quick to label these lines as the “hardest Diddy diss bar we’ve possibly ever heard,” with many noting how relentless the rapper is in his delivery. One fan even remarked, “you’d be dying of alcohol poisoning if you took a shot every time Eminem disses Diddy in the new album.”
