Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson, known for her roles in “Jessie” and “Bunk’d,” was arrested last week following an alleged domestic violence incident. The actress, 22, was taken into custody on August 8 after an argument at Universal Studios Hollywood escalated, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Witnesses and surveillance footage from the Los Angeles-area theme park reportedly showed Jackson shoving her boyfriend during the confrontation. Following this, authorities determined that Jackson was the primary aggressor and arrested her for misdemeanor spousal battery.
Jackson was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station but was released later the same day. According to the sheriff’s department, no weapons were involved in the incident, and there were no injuries reported.

As of now, it remains unclear whether formal charges will be filed against Jackson. The Los Angeles district attorney’s office and Jackson’s representatives have yet to comment on the situation.
