Hudson and Jonas, who were briefly linked following her split from Muse’s Matt Bellamy and his breakup with Olivia Culpo, had their connection scrutinized in the media. Reflecting on their time together, Hudson described their relationship as simply “a moment.” She added, “Lovely, fun, kind. He’s like an old man in a young man’s body, and we love him.”

The admiration between the two was mutual. In a 2016 interview with Complex, Jonas praised Hudson, calling her “incredible” and noting their profound connection. He stated, “We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that’s beautiful.” Jonas expressed continued respect and admiration for Hudson.
