Concerns Voiced on Social Media
Lewis, known for his financial advice and presence on GMB, used X (formerly Twitter) to express his distress. He urged his followers to remain kind and positive during this difficult time for Mosley’s family. “Still no news. I hope we hear something positive soon. The waiting must be awful for his family. May I ask people to please be kind in responses at this time. This is not the moment to bring up any gripes (though most people thankfully seem to have a hugely positive view),” he wrote.

Followers responded with supportive messages, sharing their own experiences and gratitude for Mosley’s work. One follower mentioned how Mosley’s advice helped them reverse their type 2 diabetes, while another highlighted his positive influence and the need for his guidance.

Search Efforts Intensify on Greek Island
Local police on the Greek island of Symi have resumed their search for Mosley, focusing on the Pedi area where he was last seen. The search involves drones, helicopters, and additional officers joining from nearby Rhodes. The rescue teams are exploring every possible avenue to locate Mosley, who disappeared after setting off on a walk to the island’s center on Wednesday.

The Greek authorities have described the area as small and well-traveled, making Mosley’s disappearance particularly perplexing. Symi’s Mayor Eleftherios Papakalodoukas mentioned that it would be almost impossible for Mosley to remain undiscovered in such a busy location.

Community’s Reaction and Speculations
Local residents have also voiced their confusion and concern. Workers and residents in the Pedi Beach area, where Mosley was last seen, find it hard to believe that anyone could get lost on the clear and frequently traveled paths.

A friend of Mosley’s host on the island spoke to BBC Radio 5 Live, noting the improbability of getting lost on such a straightforward route. This sentiment was echoed by other locals who pointed out the simplicity and safety of the paths in question.

Mosley’s Legacy and Family’s Agony
Michael Mosley is well-known for his contributions to health and wellness, including the popularization of the 5:2 diet and his appearances on various TV shows like “The One Show” and “This Morning.” He is also recognized for his investigative documentaries on diet and exercise, and for living with tapeworms for a BBC documentary.

Roy Taylor, co-author with Mosley on “The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet,” emphasized the distressing situation for Mosley’s family, expressing hope for his safe return. Similar sentiments were shared by colleagues like Saleyha Ahsan and Jeremy Vine, who are also hoping for positive news.

Mosley’s wife, Dr. Clare Bailey, and their four children are enduring a period of immense uncertainty. Recently, Mosley and Bailey attended the Hay Festival, where Mosley presented a special edition of his Radio 4 series and podcast “Just One Thing.”

The search continues, with authorities and loved ones holding onto hope that Michael Mosley will be found safe and sound.
