Former First Lady Melania Trump is offering a collector’s edition of her memoir at a premium price of $250, representing a 525% increase from its original price. This special version comes with unique additions, such as a signed copy, exclusive photographs, and a digital collectible.
The collector’s edition, which is the third release of her memoir, was introduced following the book’s initial launch earlier this month. The 182-page memoir already features 31 pages of photos, but this new edition provides even more content, including a photograph from her first date with former President Donald Trump and candid moments from his presidency.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Melania reflected on her first date with Trump, calling it “an enjoyable and memorable evening.” She also shared exclusive photos that give readers a behind-the-scenes look, such as Marine One landing on the White House lawn and a bouquet in the West Wing.
This luxury edition is printed on high-quality art paper, with a custom white cover featuring black foil accents and a ribbon marker—departing from the original edition’s black matte cover.
What’s Included in the Collector’s Edition?
Along with the signed memoir, buyers receive a digital collectible—a limited virtual item. Melania has previously ventured into the world of digital collectibles, having sold artistic renderings of herself in the past.
Though she has largely stayed out of the spotlight, Melania continues to leverage her brand, previously marketing products like Christmas ornaments and jewelry. While her memoir doesn’t delve deeply into her personal life or marriage to Trump, it offers insights into her experiences as First Lady, her relationship with her son Barron, and her thoughts on abortion rights.
Reception of the Memoir
Despite the exclusive offerings of the collector’s edition, reviews of Melania’s memoir have been mixed. The New York Times likened the writing to a “souvenir tea towel,” while Vanity Fair criticized it as “deeply weird” and “truly bad,” according to The Telegraph. However, for diehard fans and collectors, the additional photos and Melania’s autograph may be enough to justify the steep price tag.
