Nicki Minaj has successfully resolved her legal battle with Marley Green, known online as “Nosey Heaux,” following serious allegations made by the blogger. The lawsuit, which began in 2022, centered around Green’s video accusations that Minaj was using cocaine and made derogatory remarks about Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, including his criminal history.

In the settlement, Green has agreed to retract her statements and acknowledge that her claims about Minaj’s drug use were false. The blogger must also refrain from linking Minaj to any drug-related discussions or making disparaging remarks about her. Any further violations will result in Green facing financial penalties, with fines of $50,000 per breach.

The settlement terms also include a mandate for Green to apologize publicly and stop discussing Minaj’s son. Failure to comply with these terms could lead to significant financial consequences for Green.

This case adds to a growing list of legal actions against bloggers and influencers for spreading false information. Previously, YouTuber Tasha K faced a substantial defamation lawsuit from rapper Cardi B, resulting in over $4 million in damages, though she has not yet paid the full amount.
