Authorities in Toronto responded to a third trespassing incident at Drake’s Toronto mansion on Saturday, marking another security breach at the high-profile property.
According to Toronto police, officers were called to Park Lane Circle at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday after receiving reports of a man trespassing and refusing to leave the property when directed. Remarkably, this individual was the same person who had allegedly trespassed at Drake’s residence just two days prior.
The man reportedly returned to Drake’s home on Saturday with the intention of retrieving his bike, which he had left there previously. Police intervened, escorting him off the property and issuing him a provincial offenses ticket under the Trespass to Property Act in Ontario.
Footage shared by TMZ captured part of the Saturday incident, showing a confrontation between two individuals on the lawn outside the mansion.
A spokesperson for Drake declined to comment on the latest trespasser when contacted by NBC News.
This latest incident adds to a string of security concerns at Drake’s mansion over the past week. On May 7, a shooting outside the property resulted in serious injuries to a security guard. Subsequently, on May 8, the first trespassing incident occurred, with the individual involved being apprehended by security and turned over to the police.
Authorities clarified that the May 8 trespassing incident was not a criminal matter and withheld details about the person involved, citing the Mental Health Act.
A second trespassing incident took place on May 9, during which the trespasser was confronted by security guards and later taken to a hospital after an altercation. Remarkably, this individual is the same person involved in the third incident on Saturday.
These incidents have garnered attention, especially given Drake’s ongoing feud with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, which has resulted in the release of diss tracks by both artists.
Despite the heightened security measures in place, Drake’s mansion continues to experience security breaches, raising concerns about the safety and privacy of the property and its occupants.
