Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Claims Court Rulings Against Him Are Not from ‘Real Judges

1 Min Read

In a spirited defense of former President Donald Trump, his attorney and spokesperson Alina Habba recently asserted that court rulings against Trump are not issued by “real judges.” Speaking during Trump’s rally at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Habba suggested to Newsmax that Trump is gaining victories in his ongoing legal battles.

“They say you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re losing,” Habba remarked, pushing back against the idea that Trump is facing defeats in court. “Guess what? The courts are running with us. They are agreeing with us,” she told the right-wing outlet.

Habba further insisted that “real judges,” whom she described as those respecting their judicial role, are starting to recognize what she called “hoaxes” in the cases brought against Trump. The attorney’s statement aligns with Trump’s broader strategy of challenging the legitimacy of various legal proceedings he’s involved in.

The rally itself, a massive gathering of Trump supporters, served as a platform for both Trump and his legal team to reaffirm their stance against current judicial processes. As Trump’s legal challenges continue, this messaging emphasizes their commitment to contesting each ruling against the former president.
