President Donald Trump has declared that every last-minute pardon issued by Joe Biden—including those for his own family, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley—are now VOID.

In a fiery Truth Social post on Monday, Trump announced that Biden’s final-hour pardons were done using an Autopen, a device that mechanically replicates signatures. Because of this, Trump claims the pardons are “of no further force or effect.”

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT,” Trump wrote. “Joe Biden did not sign them, but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!”

The Heritage Foundation sparked the controversy by releasing a bombshell report suggesting Biden relied on the Autopen instead of personally signing critical documents. This revelation calls into question the legitimacy of the pardons, which included five of Biden’s own family members.

In his final hours as president, Biden issued pardons for his siblings and their spouses, claiming they had been subjected to politically motivated attacks meant to damage him. But Trump and his allies see it differently—a last-ditch effort to shield his inner circle.

Trump has never held back when going after Biden, repeatedly mocking him as “Sleepy Joe” and blasting his policies. And now, it seems he’s found a way to erase one of Biden’s last major acts as president.

The legal battle over these pardons could be just beginning, but one thing is clear—Trump is on a mission to dismantle Biden’s legacy, one signature at a time.
