You Won’t Believe What Trump Just Did to His Supporters at His Inauguration! The plans for Donald Trump’s second term inauguration have taken a surprising turn, which might not sit well with those who’ve made their way to Washington D.C. to be part of this historic moment.

Last week, Trump made a sudden announcement that the inauguration would be held indoors due to the chilly weather forecast. He shared on Truth Social, “I have ordered the Inauguration Address, along with prayers and other speeches, to be given in the United States Capitol Rotunda, similar to Ronald Reagan in 1985, due to the cold weather.” He also mentioned that supporters could view the event from Capitol One Arena, where he was set to hold a rally the day before.

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies clarified that only a small number of ticket holders would be able to attend in person, specifically members of Congress and those with special access to the Presidential Platform. This leaves the majority of Trump’s supporters watching from a distance.

In a twist that has left many bewildered, the large screens, or Jumbotrons, which were supposed to be set up on the National Mall for public viewing, have been removed. According to WUSA anchor Simone De Alba on X, “The National Park Service says they were taken down at the request of the Presidential Inaugural Committee.”

This decision has sparked a wave of reactions, with some of Trump’s critics finding humor in the situation, picturing the disappointment of his fans unable to witness the event live.

The ceremony is scheduled for Monday at 11:30 a.m., with Trump taking the oath of office around noon, administered by Chief Justice John Roberts. Justice Brett Kavanaugh will swear in J.D. Vance. Following the oath, Trump will deliver his inaugural address.

On social media, reactions have been mixed. For instance, Vic 🇪🇺

posted on X, humorously noting, “Haha. Paid the money to watch this in their hotel rooms than buy those expensive eggs they complained about,” in reference to the change in viewing arrangements.

This development has certainly changed the experience for many of Trump’s supporters, who were eager to be part of this moment, highlighting the unique challenges and decisions surrounding this inauguration.
