Addressing the audience, Biden lauded Democratic victories, including Andy Beshear in the Kentucky governor’s race, Jennifer Wexton in the Virginia attorney general’s race, Shontel Brown in the Ohio congressional special election, and Conor Lamb in the Pennsylvania Senate primary. He asserted that these wins were not chance occurrences but the outcome of diligent efforts, strategic planning, and a resonating message with the American people.

“These are not flukes. These are not anomalies. These are the results of hard work, smart strategy, and a clear message that resonates with the American people,” Biden declared.

Taking aim at Trump’s continued rallies and unfounded claims of election fraud, Biden suggested that Trump pay attention to the diminishing popularity reflected in the election outcomes.

“We haven’t stopped winning, and he hasn’t stopped losing,” Biden asserted. “He can keep holding his rallies and spreading his lies, but the American people have seen through him. They know he’s a con man who only cares about himself.”

In response to recent polls indicating a hypothetical 2024 rematch favoring Trump, Biden dismissed their significance, labeling them as unreliable and inaccurate. Instead, he emphasized his commitment to delivering results, focusing on infrastructure and social spending bills, combating the COVID-19 pandemic, and restoring America’s global leadership.

“I don’t care what the polls say. I care what the people say. And the people are telling me that they want me to keep fighting for them, to keep building back better, to keep moving our country forward,” Biden asserted.

Urging continued support from donors, Biden stressed the importance of securing and expanding Democratic majorities in Congress and winning more state and local races. He underscored the high stakes, stating, “We can’t let Trump and his cronies take us backward.”

Biden concluded by emphasizing the need to preserve democracy, stating, “We have to keep the faith, keep the momentum, and keep the wins coming. Because we’re not done winning yet.”
