Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, has ignited a social media storm after making an outrageous claim about former First Lady Michelle Obama during a recent podcast appearance. His inflammatory remarks, widely dismissed as baseless, have drawn sharp criticism from all corners of the internet.

Errol Musk’s Bold and Baseless Claims

During an interview on the Wide Awake Podcast with host Joshua Rubin, Errol Musk falsely asserted that Michelle Obama is “a man,” pushing a long-debunked conspiracy theory that has circulated among far-right groups for years. He went on to make even more incendiary comments, stating, “Obama is a queer who is married to a man who dresses as a woman. We all learned that. It’s common knowledge.”

When Rubin expressed disbelief at Musk’s claims, Errol doubled down, referencing a remark made by late comedian Joan Rivers in 2014 and implying that her subsequent passing was no coincidence. “Joan Rivers mentioned it publicly, and she was dead two weeks later by the way. They axed her. Yeah, so that’s common knowledge. You can look it up anywhere,” he said.

Despite these claims, no credible evidence has ever supported such rumors, and Rivers’ death was officially attributed to complications from surgery.

Errol Musk Attacks Elon’s Parenting Skills

Beyond his remarks about the Obamas, Errol Musk also took shots at his own son, tech mogul Elon Musk, criticizing his parenting style. Referencing the tragic death of Elon’s first child, who passed away from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) at just 10 weeks old, Errol blamed the heavy reliance on nannies, saying, “The baby was cared for too much by nannies and, sadly, passed away while under their watch. If Elon hears me saying this, he’s going to shoot me or something. But anyway, that’s what I think.”

He further critiqued the upbringing of his grandchildren, adding, “They were too rich, too many nannies. Then he had five children with the same woman. They each had a nanny. It was really a weird situation.”

Elon Musk, who has fathered at least 12 children, has been publicly estranged from his father for years. The billionaire has described Errol as “evil” and “a terrible human being.”

Social Media Erupts in Backlash

Errol Musk’s comments have drawn swift and widespread condemnation on social media, with users on X (formerly Twitter) slamming him for spreading falsehoods and making inflammatory remarks.

One user wrote, “Imagine believing this guy!” while another questioned, “Why is this man given a platform?”

Other reactions included:

  • “That’s absolute nonsense.”
  • “This guy is either an idiot or out of his mind!”
  • “This kind of rhetoric is both dangerous and misleading.”
  • “Yeah sorry, this is crazy talk.”

As the backlash continues to mount, Errol Musk remains defiant, showing no signs of walking back his incendiary remarks. Meanwhile, critics argue that his words only serve to spread misinformation and stir unnecessary controversy.
