Recent lawsuit filed in New Jersey’s Middlesex County Superior Court, former Trump National Golf Club employee Alice Bianco alleges sexual harassment and coercion by her supervisor Pavel Melichar. Notably, the suit does not name Donald Trump or Pavel as defendants but targets an NDA allegedly orchestrated by Trump’s lawyer, Alina, in 2021.

Bianco, 21 at the time, claims Melichar subjected her to harassment, including inappropriate dress codes and attempted kisses. The lawsuit contends he coerced her into unwanted sexual activities in exchange for job security.

Upon seeking legal representation, Bianco was allegedly urged by club member Habba, who also acted as a lawyer, to dismiss her attorney. Subsequently, she signed an NDA, deemed illegal under New Jersey law since 2019, with a $1,000 daily penalty for violations.

The lawsuit aims to nullify the NDA, secure settlement money for Bianco, cover legal fees, and refer Habba to the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics for alleged misconduct.

Habba maintains her ethical conduct and denies any wrongdoing. Former Melania Trump aide Stephanie Winston Wolkoff responded on social media, suggesting NDAs were prevalent in circles associated with the Trump family.

Newsweek contacted both Winston Wolkoff and the Trump Organization for comments. Winston Wolkoff, known for her 15-year friendship with Melania, faced scrutiny for her inauguration-related company’s $26 million payment, which she vehemently denied.

Alina, currently involved in Trump’s civil fraud trial and a defamation case, previously represented him in a “frivolous” lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, resulting in substantial sanctions.
