The report details testimony from fund manager Michael Lewitt, revealing that companies involved in Jim Biden’s efforts to secure funding for U.S. healthcare ventures had ties to “members of the Qatari government.”

Specifically, the Platinum Group USA and Obermeyer Engineering Consulting, in which Jim Biden was involved, were allegedly part-owned by individuals connected to the Qatari government.

These claims shed light on Jim Biden’s fundraising efforts, which involved seeking money from Qatari sources for healthcare projects in the United States after leaving his role as vice president in the Obama administration.

Collaborating closely with Amer Rustom, CEO of Platinum Group with Middle East connections, Jim Biden pursued investments from Qatar, highlighting the Biden family’s connections in fundraising pitches to Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund.

However, legal obstacles and financial complexities surrounded these endeavors, leading to legal disputes and investigations.

Investors from Lewitt’s company filed a lawsuit alleging embezzlement related to investments through Americore, a company linked to Jim Biden. Additionally, a federal court in Florida is investigating loans provided by Jim Biden’s investment fund, Third Friday, to Americore.

The newly revealed information indicates that Jim Biden’s ties to the Qatari government in healthcare fundraising may be more extensive than initially reported, raising questions about legal compliance and business ethics.

As investigations unfold, the implications of these connections on Jim Biden’s business ventures and potential legal ramifications remain subjects of ongoing scrutiny and investigation.
