The incident occurred on June 18, where Timberlake was apprehended by local authorities while driving his 2025 BMW in Sag Harbor shortly after midnight. Reports indicated that he failed to stop at a sign, exhibited erratic driving behavior, and displayed signs of intoxication.

Court documents revealed details of the arrest, citing observations of bloodshot and glassy eyes, the smell of alcohol on his breath, impaired motor skills, and poor performance on sobriety tests. Timberlake mentioned to the officer that he had consumed one martini at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor and was following friends home.

This incident has stirred discussions among fans and the public, highlighting the consequences and legal implications of driving under the influence. Timberlake’s openness about the situation reflects a commitment to address the issue responsibly and navigate the legal process with transparency and accountability.
