Kieran Vincent, a former player in LIV Golf, is already strategizing his return to the league despite recently being relegated. This past season marked a tough break for Vincent, who was among four players dropped from the LIV ranks, along with his brother Scott, Kalle Samooja, and Branden Grace.
Having once teamed up with golf star Jon Rahm, Vincent’s next move is to focus on the Asian Tour. Competing there offers a pathway back to the lucrative LIV Golf circuit. The player who finishes at the top of the International Series on the Asian Tour by the end of the year will secure a spot in LIV Golf. Currently, John Catlin leads the standings, setting the bar high for Vincent.
With determination, Vincent is set on making a name for himself again in the Asian circuit. At the Black Mountain Championship, he reflected on his LIV experience, expressing his desire to return. “I really enjoyed my time out there, especially with the group of guys that I had. They made it so awesome,” Vincent shared. He emphasized the importance of leveraging his experiences to improve, stating, “If there is any way of being able to get back out there, why wouldn’t I do it?”
Vincent’s aim to reclaim his spot in LIV Golf is clear. He acknowledges that a couple of strong performances can shift the narrative for him this season. “I want to do the best I can, and I always do, but having the availability of six events—which is more than half a season—can make a significant difference,” he added.

Despite his aspirations, Vincent may face challenges in rejoining his former teammate Jon Rahm and others like Tyrrell Hatton and Caleb Surratt at Legion XIII. Rahm has publicly shared that he is scouting for new talent to join his team following Vincent’s drop in the rankings. Speaking at the Andalucia Masters, Rahm noted, “I still don’t have a player who is already signed, but we have six or seven in mind.” He hinted that one of those prospects is currently competing alongside him in Andalucia.
Rahm has remained supportive of Vincent since his demotion. Following the LIV championship, he offered encouragement, stating, “I’ll tell him that no matter what, he’s got my phone number. If he wants or needs anything, any advice, all he needs to do is text me, and I’ll respond.” This camaraderie highlights the team spirit that exists within the LIV Golf community.
While facing the reality of being dropped from the league, Vincent’s resilience shines through. He is determined to refine his skills and prove his talent, embodying the competitive spirit that defines LIV Golf. As he navigates the Asian Tour, golf fans will be watching closely to see if Vincent can secure his place back in the high-stakes world of LIV Golf.
