The proposed legislation seeks to limit magazine capacity and ban firearms equipped with magazines exceeding 10 rounds. Randy Kozuch, Executive Director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, vehemently opposed the bill, claiming it blatantly violates the U.S. Constitution and dismisses Supreme Court rulings.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Kozuch argued that the bill unfairly targets firearms and magazines commonly used by Americans for self-defense, directly challenging their constitutional rights.
