Bold prediction, political strategist Roger Stone has suggested that President Joe Biden might opt out of the 2024 presidential race. Stone, known for his astute observations, conveyed during an interview with Breitbart News at Turning Point Action’s “The People’s Convention” in Detroit, Michigan, that Biden’s ability to withstand another campaign could be in question.
Stone pointed to concerns over Biden’s fitness for another rigorous electoral season, citing what he described as Biden’s diminishing capabilities. “If you went to the Turning Point event in Palm Beach, I predicted that shortly before the convention, the Democrats would recognize that Joe Biden is just not capable of getting through another campaign,” Stone asserted.
The strategist highlighted ongoing doubts about Biden’s mental acuity, using the term “non compos mentis” to emphasize his concerns. Stone also underscored what he termed “epic corruption” within Biden’s family, particularly implicating Hunter Biden and James Biden, whose alleged activities have stirred controversy.
“It’s quite obvious,” Stone remarked, “the epic corruption of his family — including his son, his brother, and others — has now manifested. Everyone can see it.” Stone speculated that while Biden might not resign from his presidency, he could announce his decision not to seek re-election just ahead of the Democratic National Convention.
Stone speculated further that this move would pave the way for the Democratic Party to consider alternative candidates, with Michelle Obama emerging as a prominent possibility. “The chances are greater than they have ever been before that Joe Biden will be replaced — that shortly before the convention, he will announce his decision, not to resign, but to not run again,” Stone predicted.

While Stone clarified that Michelle Obama’s candidacy isn’t confirmed, he suggested that Democrats could view her as a formidable contender to counter a potential return of Donald Trump to the White House. “I think the Democrats may persuade her that she could be their last best chance to stop Donald Trump’s return to the White House,” Stone posited.
Stone’s assertions have ignited speculation about the Democratic Party’s strategy heading into the 2024 election cycle, raising questions about Biden’s future plans and the potential emergence of new contenders like Michelle Obama.
This prediction by Roger Stone underscores the evolving dynamics within American politics as parties strategize for the upcoming presidential contest. As the 2024 election approaches, all eyes will be on developments within the Democratic Party and any announcements from President Biden regarding his political future.
