Manchester, Conn. (WFSB) – Chaos ensued on I-84 as a tanker rollover incident led to the complete closure of both eastbound and westbound lanes.
The incident, which left the tanker fully engulfed in flames, unfolded between Exits 61 and 62 on the eastbound side, as reported by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CT DOT).
