When pressed by Fox News hosts Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, the event moderators, the 77-year-old Trump stated, “Well, I can’t tell you that really. I mean, I know who it’s going to be.” He went on to boast about the considerable interest he has received from individuals eager to be part of his potential new administration while criticizing those he labeled as “stiffs” from his previous term.
“I have a lot of people that want to work with me,” Trump asserted. “Everybody wants to come to work for us. We’re gonna have no trouble.” He emphasized the influx of interest, recounting, “Just as I’m getting on the stage, I had a call from two of the very most important people in the military wanting to come work for me.”
