Newly released footage from the Pasadena Police Department captured the harrowing moment when the Tesla, reportedly speeding at 100 miles per hour, ran a red light and narrowly avoided colliding with another vehicle. The car lost control after hitting a curb, sending it hurtling into a street light and then airborne, crashing into a vacant building.
Witnesses described the scene as surreal and horrifying, with the impact causing power outages in the neighborhood. Residents rushed to help the victims, but the severity of the crash was overwhelming.
Tragically, three young individuals lost their lives in the crash: Moheb Samuel, believed to be the driver, along with his best friends Esrom Fessemaye and Stefan Pfeifer. Samuel’s sister Emily sustained critical injuries, while two other passengers, Emerson
and Bella Ramirez, suffered injuries but are in stable condition.
