In this email, Wolf advised narrowing the scope of the warrant to focus on potential violations of foreign lobbying laws or the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and removing references to ‘political figure one.’ Exhibit 203, though heavily redacted, is the draft warrant itself, where ‘political figure one’ is identified as former Vice President Joe Biden.

He often mentioned receiving calls from ‘the Big Guy’ during work meetings, drawing attention to his brother, then Vice President Joe Biden.
